Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all services provided by CyberArts SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €10,000, registered with the Chartres Trade and Companies Register under number 945 399 459, with its registered office located at 19, Rue de Sénarmont — 28100 Dreux, France, operator of the L’Adresse des Maîtres® brand .
Any order placed on the adressedesmaitres.com website or by any other means (email, phone) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 — Services
L’Adresse des Maîtres® offers the following premium products, in the order of the manufacturing process:
- Work Analysis — an in-depth study of each work (included with every order)
- Premium AI Stories — multilingual narratives (included with every order)
- Premium A4 Sheet — Bilingual (French/English) document presenting the artwork
- Premium Ambiance Sheet — Staging the Work in an Interior Setting
- Certificate of Authenticity — a numbered and signed bilingual document
- Premium Art Print, 60×90 cm — Large-format poster for exhibitions
- Artist Profile — Complete Artist Portfolio (portrait, biography, visual selection)
- Social Media Brochure — a visual brochure for digital communication
- Digital Catalog — PDF catalog of the collections
- Printed Catalog — bound paper catalog
- Analysis and Recommendations Report for Artists — personalized and confidential analyses and recommendations
- Analysis and Recommendations Report for Buyers and Collectors — curatorial analyses and recommendations

Article 3 — Rates
Prices are provided upon request and confirmed in a quote prior to any order. All prices are exclusive of tax (excl. tax). The applicable VAT is added at the current rate.
CyberArts SAS reserves the right to change its rates at any time. Services are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Order and Acceptance
The order can be placed:

All orders are considered accepted upon written confirmation by CyberArts SAS and receipt of payment or the corresponding deposit.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made:
- By credit card through our secure payment provider, SumUp
- By bank transfer
Payment is due at the time of order, unless otherwise specified in the quote.
In the event of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied at a rate of three times the statutory interest rate, in accordance with Article L441-10 of the Commercial Code. A flat-rate compensation fee of €40 for collection costs is also due (Article D441-5 of the Commercial Code).
Article 6 — Delivery Times
Digital files (PDF, JPG) will be delivered by email within 48 business hours of order confirmation.
Printed catalogs are shipped within 15 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are specified in the quote.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. A delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation, unless the delay exceeds 30 business days.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that the consumer has given prior consent and has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that production of the Premium documents begins immediately and expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal for the digital content delivered.
For printed catalogs that have not yet been shipped, the customer has 14 days from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting contact@adressedesmaitres.com.
Article 8 — Intellectual Property
The materials produced by the Manufacture remain the intellectual property of CyberArts SAS and the artists involved.
The customer is granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the ordered documents. Any reproduction, commercial distribution, or resale of the documents is prohibited without the prior written consent of CyberArts SAS.
Photographs of the works remain the property of the artists.
Article 9 — Use of Artificial Intelligence
Premium products are developed using a variety of artificial intelligence technologies that work together in concert under the full supervision of the management team at L’Adresse des Maîtres®.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that the content will be produced with the assistance of generative AI systems. All content is reviewed by management before delivery.
Article 10 — Reservation of Works
10.1 — Principle
To reserve a work, you must pay a deposit of 5% of the work’s price via SumUp.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the artwork is withdrawn from sale and cannot be purchased by a third party for a period of 15 calendar days.
10.2 — Physical Examination of the Work
The buyer has 15 days to visit the gallery’s headquarters—19 Rue de Sénarmont, 28100 Dreux—to view the reserved artwork in person.
10.3 — Confirmation of Purchase
If the buyer confirms the purchase within those 15 days, they pay the remaining 95% of the artwork’s price and take it home immediately.
10.4 — Failure to Confirm the Acquisition
If the buyer comes forward within 15 days but does not confirm the purchase, the 5% deposit will be refunded in full as soon as possible. The artwork will then be put back on the market.
10.5 — Failure to Provide Notice
If the buyer does not come forward by the end of the 15-day period, the 5% deposit is forfeited in accordance with the terms of the agreement between the artist and the gallery. The artwork is then put back on the market.
Article 11 — Liability
CyberArts SAS is committed to providing the highest level of care in the delivery of its services. Materials are produced based on the information and photographs provided by the client or the artist.
CyberArts SAS shall not be held liable for any errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
CyberArts SAS's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
Article 12 — Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Article 13 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator appointed by CyberArts SAS will be announced shortly on this page and on the Legal Notice page.

Article 14 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and following an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of CyberArts SAS’s registered office, unless otherwise provided by law applicable to the consumer.
