We collect only the data strictly necessary to process your requests and orders:

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) on our forms are required to process your order or request. Other fields are optional and are used to improve the quality of our service. Failure to provide the required information will prevent us from processing your order.
Legal basis for processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, your data is processed on the following legal grounds:

Recipients and subcontractors
Your data may be shared with the following service providers, solely for the purposes described above:
- SumUp Limited — Secure Online Payment Processing
- OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) — website and data hosting
- Google LLC — loading the Cormorant Garamond font via Google Fonts (transfer of IP addresses to Google servers in the U.S. in accordance with standard contractual clauses)
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
Your data is hosted in France (OVH, Roubaix). No personal data is transferred outside the European Union, with the exception of payment processing by SumUp, which operates in accordance with the GDPR and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the online store (WooCommerce): shopping cart management and user session management. These cookies do not require your consent (Art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
No third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are stored.
Shelf life

Use of Artificial Intelligence
L’Adresse des Maîtres® uses several artificial intelligence technologies that work together in concert, under the full supervision of the L’Adresse des Maîtres® management team, to develop its premium products. These products are, in the order of the manufacturing process:
- Analysis of the works — an in-depth study of each work (technique, composition, artistic context)
- Stories — narrative and poetic accounts accompanying each work
- Premium Fact Sheets — bilingual presentation documents for each work
- Premium Ambiance Sheets — Showcasing the artwork in a contemporary interior
- Certificates of authenticity — official documents attesting to the origin and characteristics of the artwork
- Premium Display Board 60×90 cm — Large-format exhibition display panel
- Artist Profile — a portrait and visual selection of the artist and their works
- Brochures — social media profiles for artists and their works
- Digital Catalog — an interactive digital catalog of the collection
- Printed Catalog — Exhibition catalog in professional print format
- Artist Analysis and Recommendations Report — personalized and confidential analyses and recommendations for each artist
- Analysis and Recommendations Report for Buyers and Collectors — curatorial analyses and recommendations for buyers and collectors
Artificial intelligence systems are used as tools to assist with writing and analysis. All content produced is reviewed, approved, and edited by the management team at L’Adresse des Maîtres® prior to publication.
No personal data from visitors or customers is shared with AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, or any other provider we may use). Only the images and information about the artworks (provided by the artists) are used in the production process.
In accordance with the European Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), we would like to inform our visitors that this content has been generated with the assistance of generative AI systems.
Automated decision-making
CyberArts SAS does not use any automated decision-making systems or profiling as defined in Article 22 of the GDPR. Artificial intelligence is used exclusively for the production of Premium content (see the relevant section above) and does not process any personal data belonging to visitors or customers.
Media and Intellectual Property
The images and content published on this website (photographs of artworks, premium listings, certificates of authenticity) are the exclusive property of L’Adresse des Maîtres® and the artists represented. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
